You don’t need an account to place an order and you can checkout as a guest, but we strongly recommend you to create it! With an account, this means that you don’t need to repeatedly enter your details each time you place an order. It also helps us to ensure smooth communication and send only the relevant information to you. For example, we do occasionally run special promotions and if you have an account, you will be able to enjoy discounts and other treats that we’ve planned for our supportive customers.

Simply add info@floristgen.com.sg as your contacts in your email account. This way, it sends a signal to your email account that “Hey, floristGen is a friend!” and the email should land in the inbox. If you are using Gmail, you can drag our email from the ‘Social’ or ‘Promotions’ tab into the ‘Primary’ tab.

As much as we will do whatever it takes to serve you, we may not be able to accommodate your request once your order has been prepared and/ or on its way to be delivered.
