You don’t need an account to place an order and you can checkout as a guest, but we strongly recommend you to create it! With an account, this means that you don’t need to repeatedly enter your details each time you place an order. It also helps us to ensure smooth communication and send only the relevant information to you. For example, we do occasionally run special promotions and if you have an account, you will be able to enjoy discounts and other treats that we’ve planned for our supportive customers.
Once you have completed all the required fields at the checkout page and made payment, you will be directed to a dedicated confirmation page and this is the first indication that your order is successful. Next, you will receive an almost immediate confirmation email from us with all of your order details and a unique ‘Order ID’ (also known as confirmation number). In the event where you couldn’t find our confirmation email (we certainty hope not!), please look at your spam or junk folder. Otherwise, please contact us immediately for assistance.
You’ll receive an email from us to notify you when your bouquet and gifts have been delivered to the recipient.
Here’s a step by step guide on how you can place an order:
Step 1: Browse through our website and decide on the perfect gifts and flowers to get for that special someone.
Step 2: Once you’ve decided on your ideal gifts, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button which is located at the bottom of the gifts and flower bouquets image.
Step 3: Continue to browse for other items and click on the basket icon at the top right corner of this website to view what you have selected.
Step 4: When you’re satisfied with what you’ve got in your basket, click on the ‘Checkout’ button.
Step 5: Fill in all your details and not to forget to leave any personalised message and other special instructions like the recipient’s contact details), ‘Delivery Date’ and ‘Delivery Time’.
Step 6: Look through all your details in the checkout page once again. When you are very sure that all the information is correct and accurate, click on the ‘Place Order’ button.
Step 7: Once payment has been made, you will be directed to a confirmation webpage to indicate that your order is successful.
Step 8: Log in to your email account and you should receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. If you can’t find our email in your inbox, you can look for it in the junk box or spam mail.

While we cannot guarantee to replicate the exact design, we will do our very best to craft out a gift that is as similar to what you’ve shared with us. It will take us between 1 – 3 days to create your ideal bouquet depending on your flower design requirements.

Most of our flowers are imported directly from Malaysia. We are currently sourcing for other alternatives so that as we unearth more and more great flowers, your flower selections will continue to grow and grow!
Due to the climate, heat, and humidity in Singapore, all flowers that are unwrapped and placed inside a vase filled with clear water can generally last between 3 to 5 days. What you can do to prolong the life of the little flowers is to give them clean water daily and remove any dead leaves/petals.
All our florists are unique and creative in what they do, and this extends to the way they package your gifts. As we only work with florists that care about quality and high standards, you can be assured that your flowers will arrive in either a vase, or a beautifully arranged bouquet with proper care wrapping at its roots in order to keep the flowers fresh. All gifts may come with a personalised message (upon request from the sender).

Same Day & Next Day Delivery
If you place an order before 2pm, you can either select the option for same day delivery or next day delivery for free at the checkout page!
Do note that the option for ‘Same Day Delivery’ is only applicable for orders placed before 2pm. Please do not select the ‘Same Day Delivery’ option after 2pm. A chargeable amount of express delivery will be added to your invoice and an administrative fee will be chargeable if you request for refund.

If you truly and urgently require instant gifts and flower bouquet with no requirements at all, we do have ready-made bouquets for you. We can help you deliver your purchases at a specific range of timing (please give us a minimum of 2 hours to deliver your gifts to the recipient). An additional cost will be chargeable. Absolutely! We’re known for our flower subscription services where you can send flowers on automation. Whether it’s a gift for your wife, someone special, your in-laws, corporate clients, we’ll deliver your gifts based on the requested list of dates.
If the intended recipient isn’t there to receive his/ her gifts, we will do our best to ensure they are left with a neighbour or outside the recipient’s front door. We recommend all our senders to leave us specific instructions and the recipient’s contact number during the checkout process.
We accept VISA / MASTERCARD /AMEX online & local bank transfer offline (Paynow / Paylah). You can select your preferred mode of payment upon checkout.
If you select the option to pay via any debit or credit card, you will receive 2 emails upon a successful payment transaction – one email with your Order ID and the other with a Receipt number (from www.stripe.com).
For local bank transfer (Paynow/ Paylah), we will accept your orders first and contact you on how you can make payment. Upon successful payment, your order status will change to ‘Confirm’.
