Once you are sure that you have everything you need. Click on your cart to reconfirm your orders before you checkout.
When your payment has been successfully process, we will contact you for more details before we proceed with the subscription plan.
We will email you a 2nd invoice for the remaining amount to the finalized subscription plan.
When the full payment for your subscription plan is cleared, we will proceed to fulfill the orders.
You should receive an email reminder 1 day before the delivery date.
Once the delivery is completed, we will send you an email to inform you.
It all started when a customer of ours, who happens to be a husband, was constantly ordering from us to surprise his wife for several occasions. And that’s when A Brilliant Idea Sparks With This Question:
“Hey buddy, do you wanna order a subscription from me that automatically sends your wife flowers on three or four key occasions?”
In order to make each delivery special and unique, we craft all our bouquets differently for our flower subscribers. This means that the recipient will receive differently crafted bouquets each time they receive it. Based on the budget you have selected for your subscription, our florist will select the flowers, materials and decorations accordingly. This is also another reason why offering you at a lower cost for each bouquet is made possible.
Unfortunately, it was not in our mind to collect photos from our past customers as we are happy in just creating beautiful gifts for the recipients. Moving forward, we will be collecting more photos from our customers so that we can give you a clearer picture on how your flowers will look like.
You can also play your part to encourage other like-minded people to consider flower subscription by sharing photos of our bouquets and gifts on social media too!
Absolutely! In the event where you see something that you like in our online store and you would like the bouquet or gifts to be part of your flower subscription, simply let us know. You just have to top up the difference in prices and we will deliver your ideal bouquets to the recipient.
If you’re going away on a holiday (or just want to take a break for a while), you can pause your subscription at any time.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your subscription, you can only do so from the fourth delivery onward. We will refund you the remaining amount.
Do note that there will be a processing fee of $10 for subscription cancellations and pauses.
